Ships the complete staged release/local batch: atomic named-release shipment scope, behavior mapping in rule rewrites, documented sanitizer boundaries, and credential redaction for arbitrary error messages. Full source validation, managed runtime installation, Markdown checks, and sanitizer regression coverage passed.
