Let's avoid just copying OSF's templates which needs an update for years.
As for now, let's work on the first part of the ticket. Make sure the order is correct and the "comments" make senses (e.g. GV uses main instead of master, ticket prefix is ENG instead of OSF, etc.) and are formatted correctly as "comments".
