We had updated this endpoint to 3.1 while fixing a Hyfin issue, but we didn't end up needing to use it and there are a couple behavioral differences between v2 and v3.1.

Motivation
Hyfin added an endpoint for bulk getting invoices updated after a provided date time.
Modifications
Reverted site addUpdate endpoint to v2.
Add bulk get endpoint for invoices.
