• FodyWeavers.xml – Removed <LoadAssembliesOnStartup /> weaver entry
• readme.txt – Updated Fody section to only reference Catel.Fody

The LoadAssembliesOnStartup.Fody reference only existed in the Catel.WPF.Application template — the Orchestra.Ribbon.Fluent.Application template never included it. The previous commit (b5f0626) already covered all templates that had this dependency.
