Summary

• Bumps three transitive dev/test dependencies in composer.lock: guzzlehttp/psr7 2.9.0→2.12.1, symfony/yaml 7.4.8→7.4.13, symfony/dom-crawler 6.4.34→6.4.40 (plus the transitive symfony polyfill / deprecation-contracts bumps pulled in by psr7).
• Consolidates and supersedes Dependabot PRs Bump symfony/dom-crawler from 6.4.34 to 6.4.40 #904, Bump symfony/yaml from 7.4.8 to 7.4.13 #905, Bump guzzlehttp/psr7 from 2.9.0 to 2.11.0 #906 into one locally-verified change so the test suite and autoload are confirmed before merge.
• composer.json is untouched — no production runtime deps; all bumped packages are test-tooling only.
• Tracking issue: CastosHQ/ssp-issues#856.

Test plan

• composer install + autoload generation succeed with the new lock file.
• WPUnit suite run: 274 pass. The one failure (FeedControllerTest::testGetPodcastFeed, feed <language> en-GB vs en-US assertion) is a pre-existing test-site locale mismatch, unrelated to these dependency bumps.
• CI green on this branch.
