Releases 0.2.0 with uv tooling, major API surface changes, and binary request streaming support.

• Tooling/CI: Migrate from rye to uv across devcontainer, scripts, CI/CD, and publishing; update actions to checkout@v6 and use astral-sh/setup-uv; remove nox.
• Versioning/Docs: Bump to 0.2.0, update CHANGELOG, README (PyPI install), LICENSE year, and regenerate lockfiles with uv.
• Client/core: Add content param for raw/binary bodies (sync/async), deprecate bytes via body, add BinaryTypes/AsyncBinaryTypes, include content in FinalRequestOptions, refine debug logging, and improve pyright typing (SequenceNotStr).
• Resources: Switch to cached properties; drop actions, convert, templates, webhooks, workflows; keep compute, format, llm, ocr, search, vault, voice and update raw/streaming wrappers accordingly.
• API surface: Update to new OpenAPI (endpoints 84→47). Many endpoints now return concrete typed responses; compute environments/secrets gain typed responses; remove functions/invoke/runs; add/adjust format/templates, llm, voice, vault, ocr types and signatures.
