One custom was left, and anotated as a summary block. The one with values disributed amongst blocks was labelled as the preferred method.
Altered exapmle with only a single row of values to assign as if were Set datanames
Also added a geom and a texture index
But one is a custom schema

I have not touched PD_CALIB_XCOORD or PD_QPA_EXTERNAL_STD, as there are outstanding PRs against those #315 #316
