1차: 98 스레드 ObservationFilterChainDecorator
2차: 224 스레드 ObservationFilterChainDecorator ← 압도적 1위
→ Spring Security가 매 요청·매 필터마다 Observation 생성/기록
→ 2코어 풀포화 (container_cpu 1.985)
→ enter(순수 Redis, 경량)인데 이 계측이 CPU를 다 태워 p95 60s
