Resolve conflicts: - Keep old driver module deleted (purpose of this branch) - Rename standalone_driver references to driver throughout codebase - Move standalone_driver's initial_condition package and topography tests to driver path - Apply main's functional changes (Driver config, GT4Py 1.1.10 updates, etc.) - Update test files to use new initialize_driver API with config_file_path - Add serialbox4py dependency to driver pyproject.toml - Update mypy and tach configurations
