Need to create specific launch files for specfics areas of HLR:
- FrontEnd:
- Should launch server and user input client, TTS/ASR nodes
- Agent:
- should launch modelStateManager , states experts, executive nodes
- Navigation:
- should allow to launch Nav2 for SLAM
- should allow to launch Nav2 for Autonomous Navigation
