feat: Registry implementation updates with UUID supports

Add CRUD Operations and UUID-Based Registry Implementation

Summary

This PR adds full CRUD functionality to the existing integer-based student registry and introduces a new UUID-based registry implementation. It also includes the uuid dependency to support UUID generation.

Integer-Based Registry (registry.rs)

• Implemented:

  • get_student_by_id
  • update_name
  • update_age
  • update_sex
  • update_grade
  • delete_student

• Added new constructor

• Improved list_all output formatting

UUID-Based Registry (registry_with_uuid.rs)

• Introduced new registry implementation using UUIDs

• Added:

  • StudentUuid
  • RegistryUuid

• Implemented:

  • add (returns generated UUID)
  • list_all
  • get_student_by_uuid
  • update_*
  • delete_student

Demo Updates (main.rs)

• Updated to demonstrate both registry implementations using sample data:

  • Yusrah, mac, shogo, jason

Behavior Notes

• All update and delete methods return:

  • Some(()) on success
  • None if the student is not found

• Integer registry uses incremental u32 IDs

• UUID registry generates IDs using Uuid::new_v4()

• Console logs provide clear operation feedback:

  • Added, Found, Updated, Deleted

This improves the registry by:

• Enabling full data manipulation (CRUD)
• Providing an alternative identifier system (UUID)
• Making the project more robust and demo-friendly
