Add new Substrate lessons

This adds 2 lessons:

• One conceptual lesson, inviting the student to read reference material and engage with it, guiding them in what to learn.
• Another more hands on lesson for aspiring Substrate developers, pushing learners to extend what is taught in Substrate's Front-end Kitty tutorial.
