This program is designed to trade based on the RSI Indicator.

Steps:

1. Program learns best level to enter and exit for the stock and time frame passed.

2. Introduce trading rules based on step 1.

3. Backtest trading rules, repeat 2 and backtest again until acceptable performance.

4. Live trading.
