Exclude CUSTODY_BITGO_SINGAPORE feature from all 27 Gigastar CRT POL tokens by switching from POLYGON_TOKEN_FEATURES to POLYGON_TOKEN_FEATURES_EXCLUDE_SINGAPORE.
