Autopilot fix for SHOP-5002 - Gift-card balance can go negative when two orders redeem it concurrently (service
checkout-web). Adds a failing concurrency regression test that reproduces the race, then a row-level lock guard following Saleor'slock_objectsidiom. Cites lesson L-4821. The agent opened it; a human owns the merge.
