Autopilot fix for SHOP-8042 - Stock reservation double-released under concurrent cart timeouts (service
inventory-svc). Adds a failing concurrency regression test that reproduces the race, then a row-level lock guard following Saleor'slock_objectsidiom. Cites lesson L-4821. The agent opened it; a human owns the merge.
