Resolves work item SHOP-4821 (oversell on concurrent checkout).
Adds a regression test enforcing lesson L-4821 from Port's Context Lake: availability on the
allocate_stockspath must be computed from committed allocations + reservations for everyselect_for_update-locked row, so concurrent last-unit checkouts cannot both succeed.
