UKRAINIAN FORMULARY FGAs (always-available per BRIEF §1.1): - drug_chlorpromazine (alias aminazin) — first AP ever (Delay-Deniker 1952), low-potency, sedative, lytic mixture for hyperthermia, ⚠ ↓ seizure threshold, ⚠ photosensitivity - drug_levomepromazine (alias tizercin) — most sedating FGA, post-Soviet classic for aggressive agitation, low-dose hypnotic option (geriatric NOT recommended) - drug_trifluoperazine (alias triftazin) — high-potency piperazine-phenothiazine, activating profile (vs sedating chlorpromazine), classic Soviet trifluazine+aminazin combo, ⚠ EPS high MOOD STABILIZERS (extended set): - drug_carbamazepine (alias carbamazepine) — iminostilbene, BAR mania + AED + trigeminal neuralgia, ⚠ massive CYP3A4 inducer (autoinduction!), ⚠ HLA-B*1502 SJS in Asians, ⚠ contracept failure, ⛔ ABSOLUTELY contraindicated with clozapine (agranulocytosis) - drug_oxcarbazepine (alias oxcarbazepine) — keto-derivative of CBZ, no autoinduction, less CYP induction, BAR off-label, ⚠ but HIGHER hyponatremia/SIADH risk than CBZ - drug_topiramate (alias topiramate) — multimodal AED, BAR adjunct + AUD (Johnson 2007 RCT) + migraine + weight loss, ⚠ 'dopamax' cognitive impairment, ⚠ kidney stones + metabolic acidosis (carbonic anhydrase) Stats: 155 → 161 entries, 606 → 645 citations.
