…l atomically Add UpsertTenantWithPrincipal(ctx, tenantName, principalID, role) to both the internal and public database layers. The method wraps two idempotent SQL statements in a single transaction: - INSERT INTO tenants ... ON CONFLICT (name) DO NOTHING - INSERT INTO principals ... ON CONFLICT (id, tenant_id) DO UPDATE SET role A new upsertTenantTx helper encapsulates the tenant insert, following the existing UpsertPrincipalTx pattern. Integration tests covering successful creation and idempotency are added to internal/database/principal_test.go and run across all supported database backends (SQLite, PostgreSQL, MySQL, CockroachDB).
