Document twd-runner as an experimental complement to twd-cli for Firefox/WebKit coverage, embedded in the CI Execution page rather than a top-level nav entry. Frames twd-cli as the recommended runner that covers ~90% of use cases; twd-runner is a nice-to-have cross-browser pass (no coverage/contracts, slower).
