This is the repository for scripts and example data for the manuscript "Use of Optical Imaging Datasets to Assess Biogeochemical Contributions of the Mesozooplankton" by Maas, Gossner, Smith and Blanco-Bercial
The data used for the publication is in the SuppFile_2_Data.zip contains the data file (TSV). The SuppFile_2_R_code.R should produce the same figures as in the manuscript, and can be used for any ecotaxa export output.
