Adds Plumix to the MVVM & MVP & MVU section.
Plumix is a Flutter-inspired UI framework for .NET that brings Flutter's
Widget/Element/RenderObject architecture to C#. It lets you build declarative,
widget-based UIs (StatelessWidget/StatefulWidget, SetState, reconciliation)
while using Avalonia as the platform backend for windowing, input, and rendering.
