feat: removal of boltzgen

Removal of references to Boltzgen as we no longer require them in SBP.

Changes

• workflows.py (schema) — removed "boltzgen" from the WorkflowTool literal.
• credits.py— removed the boltzgen multiplier from de-novo-design (now back to BindCraft 20, RFdiffusion 10).
• routes/workflows.py updated the inline comment.
• Updated tests
