Specialized Design is missing, and it's replacement grant has the wrong name

Because Specialized Design is just a Skill and Tool proficiency, I didn't make it into an entirely new feature to be granted. Instead I just built it into the standard species Skill/Tool proficiency selects, and applied the replacement grant to those two selects.
I believe this is how we've done it with other species in the PHB24 and other supplements in the past

To my knowledge, we have never done that in this repo.

Testing out this PR, a lot of the Magical Plans give this sort of Error/Warning EDIT: I'd guess this is because DMG isn't in default so this path doesn't exist yet, but will? EDIT EDIT: Grabbed the 2024 DMG from the pull requests and that was exactly it - ignore this, apart from letting people know they need 2024 DMG specifically. |
