[codex] Fix Android profile header dimming

Summary

• use a solid themed profile nav background on Android instead of an animated BlurView
• keep the iOS blur behavior unchanged

Why

Android BlurView can render as a darkening overlay as the profile scroll header fades in, making the whole profile screen appear dimmer while scrolling down.
