The LMS pickoff was implemented as a gold-coated mirror (reflection ~98 per cent). At least in parallel mode it is actually a beam splitter with 90 per cent, as required in METIS-3111/METIS-5453. This PR makes that replacement.
Caveat: E-REP-NOVA-MET-1142 (CFO Design and Analysis Report) talks about a wheel with both a mirror (for stand-alone LMS observations) and a beam-splitter (for parallel observations with IMG-LM). It is unclear at the moment whether how this is handled in operations and at AIT.
