included the option to show all responses or only selected
changed showAllResponses and showAnsweredOnly from boolean to string for easier syntax fixes. changing naming from "show" to "export" for more clarity to users
incorporated "show_answered" logic only exporting questions with valid answers if enabled (non-loop)
changed pdfDoc.copyPage to pdfDoc.embedPage
changed default.html to accommodate behavior to hide/show loops and rows if show_answered property is enabled
also updated example QEX
changed CSS styling to more closely resemble PDF template provided by Peter/Iris
- included report intro/outro section - included CSS styling for report intro section
included parameters for report title, intro and outro text
included parameters location of page numbers
- changed PDFExport.js to include pageNumberPosition object to decide on element location instead of hard coding X and Y coordinates for page numbers
fixed initialization of copyright parameters so they wont return a syntax error
updated example with newest template and v1.8.1 build
release version of PDF Export ADC.
