killbill-catalog-plugin-test

A test plugin to verify the behavior of the CatalogPluginApi.

The plugin will load a static xml catalog (WeaponsHire.xml) and serve that catalog through the CatalogPluginApi.

Minimal functionality has been implemented at this point.
