У меня при загрузке файла CORS говорит, что нельзя с localhost:3000 на localhost:5221 запросы слать, так что не работает :)

Без базы данных это не очень интересно, требование условия "результаты всех тестовых прогонов, когда-либо запускавшихся на сервере" можно удовлетворить только очень условно (прогонов до перезапуска сервера).

Хардкодить URL так нельзя, а то при деплое куда-то ещё клиент внезапно перестанет работать.
