…irrors (#894) A customer reported the temp1b-temp-probe-pic-1-1.png screenshot was out of date for the Select Probe step on the temp probe addon page. Replace the asset with the new Temperature / Food dropdown screenshot. Since the same image was used on TEMP-1, TEMP-1B, and their Homey mirrors, also collapse the two Homey duplicate pages (homey/products/temp1/addons/temp-probe.md and homey/products/temp1b/addons/temp-probe.md) into single-line snippet wrappers of their main counterparts. The Homey copies had drifted in text ("Dallas" aka Temperature) and now follow the canonical Apollo docs Homey-mirror pattern used by air1, btn1, etc.

Publishes the TEMP-1 / TEMP-1B Select Probe screenshot swap and Homey snippet conversion (#894) and any other merged dev changes to main. Routine dev to main sync.
