What does this implement/fix?

Routine sync of dev into main to publish recent merges to the live wiki.

Includes:

Types of changes

  • Typo / wording fix
  • Content update (correcting outdated info, adding missing steps, clarifications)
  • New page or new product section
  • Page move / rename (redirect added in mkdocs.yml)
  • Image / screenshot update
  • Nav / structure change
  • Site config or theme change
  • CI / workflows / dependencies — Does not publish

Checklist:

  • This PR targets the dev branch (not main)
  • Changes previewed locally with mkdocs serve
  • If pages were moved or renamed, redirects were added to mkdocs.yml
  • If new pages were added, nav was updated in mkdocs.yml

Heavy cut of the Device Builder Tour wiki to make it readable at a
glance:

- Dashboard section keeps the primary Edit bullet visible and folds
the other five (Visit Web UI, three-dot menu, info panel access,
Discovered banner, Create device) into an "Other dashboard features"
  collapsible.
- Editor section restructured into four pane-based h4 subsections
(Device navigator, Form pane, YAML editor, Two-way editing) so
each gets its own paragraph and a clear slot for a screenshot or
GIF. Core Components is linked from the Device navigator subsection
so we don't re-explain its contents.
- Removed the standalone Device Details section; its one valuable
callout (clicking the card body opens an info panel) is now a
  single Dashboard bullet.
- Dropped the Apollo board overview tip and the orphan info-panel
  hash-matching paragraph from Publishing Changes.
- Merged YAML editor and Two-way editing subsections and linked
"YAML" inline to the What is YAML? page.
- Demoted Logs from h2 to h4 so it stops cluttering the sidebar.
- Tightened the Logs utility sentence (cut the AHT20 / GPIO / Wi-Fi
enumeration) and corrected the AHT20 update interval to "once a
  minute by default".
- Corrected the Publishing Changes Install step to reflect the
actual UI: an Install button (or Update) appears in the editor
after Save, not on the dashboard menu.

Page is ~70 lines and the sidebar now shows Dashboard / Editor /
Publishing Changes only. Screenshots and GIFs to follow in
CloudCannon edits.
