个人认为黑白页面使用 1-bit png 完全不影响文字的可读性。
除前 4 页和最后 3 页为彩色内容外，所有内页均可转换为 1-bit png。如认为有必要，可将本 PR 合并，修改 index.html 改用新图片，然后即可将旧版文件删掉。这样处理后的图片总体积只需不到 200MB，也不必保留各种分辨率了。
