lastDir is now (a) actually populated and (b) shows the last dir for each dialogue type
quit currently exits without saving settings, this fixes that issue
Dora currently won't install as it depends on sklearn, but we're not using it anyway
this is making life really annoying for devs

lastDir currently is never populated and the output dialogue always defaults to the system root. This patch:
