DevOps Tech Lead · Platform Engineer · SRE
A decade running production infrastructure at scale, from sysadmin roots to internal developer platforms.
The newest chapter: building the platform layer that makes AI safe to ship.

- DevOps Tech Lead at Tikal. Embedded technical lead for startups and enterprises. I own cloud architecture, engineering standards, reliability and DevEx, mentor the teams, and lead Tikal's DevOps Tech Radar (tech strategy across orgs like CyberArk, Redis, Bluevine).
- Platform engineering at scale. Internal developer platforms (Port.io, Crossplane, GitOps), golden paths, and ephemeral environments. Dozens of production Kubernetes clusters across EKS, AKS and GKE, multi-cloud, with the SLOs and on-call to keep them honest.
- Roots in the trenches. Years of sysadmin, SRE and infrastructure work before "platform engineering" was even a job title. I've carried the pager, not just drawn the diagram.
- 🏆 Terragrunt Ambassador, recognized by Gruntwork for Terraform and Terragrunt at scale. I also write about platform engineering on Medium.
The newest layer on top of all that. Building the infrastructure that makes AI actually shippable:
- AI/ML platforms. Agentic AI on AWS Bedrock and Bedrock Agents, GPU scheduling on Kubernetes (NVIDIA Run:ai, Karpenter), vector databases (Pinecone, Neo4j) for RAG and similarity search, all delivered as Terraform/Terragrunt IaC.
- Agentic SDLC. Spec-driven development (GitHub Spec Kit), multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop guardrails that keep AI-generated code reviewed, scanned and production-ready.
- Promtect. My OSS: a local-first proxy (Rust) that strips secrets out of AI coding tools' traffic before they reach the LLM, then restores them on the way back.
- AK Solutions. My AI-automation studio, where the platform thinking meets real AI delivery for engineering teams.
