2. It fetches configs from 180+ Telegram channels and 20 GitHub sources
3. Configs are deduplicated (exact match + UUID)
4. Quality score is calculated for each config
5. Top 300 results are split into sub1 / sub2 / sub3 (100 each)
6. All 2000 results go into config.txt
7. Changes are committed and pushed automatically
