- Temporal Fall Detection System — A proof-of-concept fall detection system utilizing advanced machine learning via Ultralytics, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and a locally-trained LSTM model trained on Dataset CAUCAFall; designed to automatically distinguish falls from ADLs (activities of daily life) and send real SMS alerts to a caregiver when a fall is detected. Guidance and mentorship was provided by a professor from the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at University of Toronto.
