docs: refresh proof screenshots and add CLI gate shot#8

Update the verifier PASS and tamper images to current clean captures, add a terminal capture of the gate exiting 0 on a kept promise and 2 on a broken one, and show all three in "See the proof". Remove the stale placeholder block.
