…ction Wrap the action buttons in a violet-tinted panel with a "Try it here" badge, a one-line explanation that this is a live control panel starting at PASS, a numbered click-order guide (tamper, watch it break, seal or download, reset), and a hint that hovering a button shows what it does. Split the download buttons onto their own line. No button ids, test ids, or behavior changed.

Makes the hosted verifier's control panel obviously interactive: a violet Try it here callout with a live-panel intro, a numbered click-order guide, grouped buttons (downloads split off), and hover tooltips retained. No button ids, test ids, evaluator, evidence, or report behavior changed. Verifier judge-mode test passes; requires a redeploy to go live.
