• make the Python SDK provider_layout_path helper return canonical /LAYOUT.md paths
• update mounted activity-summary skill text in FUSE and CLI setup output
• refresh the PR39 gap spec status around implemented digest/layout/writeback behavior and legacy .layout.md compatibility
