We're building the infrastructure for business memories.
AI today is smart, but forgetful. Like Leonard Shelby from Memento: lethal, but temporally broken.
We're fixing that.
Achiral builds memory-native systems for companies that need AI to remember context, respect privacy, adapt to how teams actually work, and run without handing the whole business to a vendor.
The best AI research labs have PhDs writing papers about what is theoretically possible. We are more interested in what is practically deployable.
There is a gap between a model that wins benchmarks and a system that transforms how a company operates. We live in that gap.
We do not care where you went to school. We care whether you can ship.
If you have ever looked at how the big labs do things and thought, "I could do this better," prove it. We're building something that lets scrappy teams outmaneuver trillion-dollar incumbents.
The work is hard. The problems are real. The impact is immediate.
We are always looking for engineers who:
- Build systems that do not fall over at 3am
- Believe math and emotions are connected
- Get unreasonably excited about simplifying complex things
- Observe how things work in nature
