An experimental portfolio interface where users scroll through the interior faces of a cube.
Instead of displaying a 3D cube object, the experience places the user inside the cube and rotates between its faces as they scroll.
The project also includes a print stylesheet that unfolds the cube into a printable cube net, allowing the portfolio to exist as a physical object.
- Scroll-driven navigation through cube faces
- Fullscreen sections representing the six faces of a cube
- CSS 3D transforms for spatial navigation
- Print stylesheet that generates a foldable cube net
- Lightweight implementation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Digital experience:
- Scroll to rotate through cube faces
- Each face contains portfolio content
Physical experience:
- Press Ctrl + P
- Print the cube net
- Cut and fold to create a physical cube portfolio
Most portfolios exist only in the browser.
This project explores the idea of bridging digital and physical design by allowing the portfolio to be printed and assembled as a real object.
This project is inspired by the cube portfolio concept created by Sharon Zheng.
Her portfolio explores the idea of navigating through the faces of a cube and connecting digital experiences with a physical printable cube net.
