… file modified to set initial conditions as one electron/one antielectron. Fixed issues in source code to address background velocity components being assigned correctly. MSW test modified temporarily to evaluate error in relation to analytic non-static result.

This pull request includes the following changes:

- A fluid 3 velocity added to the set of stored grid variables
- A Minkowski space kinematic correction term added to the Hamiltonians generated by generate_code.py
- A new Jenkins test added for the relativistic version of the MSW test 
- All other Jenkins tests modified to initialize 3 velocity to (0,0,0)
