This pull request includes the following changes: - A fluid 3 velocity added to the set of stored grid variables - A Minkowski space kinematic correction term added to the Hamiltonians generated by generate_code.py - A new Jenkins test added for the relativistic version of the MSW test - All other Jenkins tests modified to initialize 3 velocity to (0,0,0)
