Do not merge, this PR has gotten to the point where it's absurd, and I need to split this out into a new repo. Some of the changes here should land in the main repo, but all the experiment stuff is going to be moved into https://github.com/AIQ-Kitware/helm-reproducibility
In fact, I'm wondering if it will be possible to write my own evaluation card with a simple claim about reproducibility.
