- Add loadThemeConfiguration() and loadThemeFromPage() to scripts.js
- Add theme-configurator, theme-preview, css-variable, font-properties blocks
- Add container-component block
- Add theme-variables.css with fallback values
- Add section-v2 model for enhanced section support
- Theme is dormant unless theme-configurator page exists in content hierarchy
- Parent experimentation and DM features remain unchanged
