Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, food prices have surged across the United States. This project investigates the economic forces driving rising food costs and examines which American communities are bearing the greatest burden.
Motivated by personal experience with climbing grocery bills, this analysis uses comprehensive data visualization to explore what economic factors are driving food price increases and which demographics and communities are most affected.
