Optimized the MicrotubuleTorus component by replacing individual mesh rendering with THREE.InstancedMesh. This significantly reduces draw calls from approximately 1082 to 4, improving rendering performance for complex quantum-coherent structures. - Implemented InstancedMesh with setMatrixAt and instanceMatrix.needsUpdate. - Used a reusable Object3D for efficient matrix calculations. - Reconstructed missing QuantumScene.tsx from task baseline.
