- Used useMemo for Object3D matrix helper to avoid per-frame allocations.

The
MicrotubuleToruscomponent was refactored to useTHREE.InstancedMeshinstead of rendering individual<mesh>components for each cube.🎯 Why:
Rendering 1080 individual meshes (360 + 720) was extremely expensive, resulting in over 1000 draw calls per frame. This caused significant CPU overhead and GPU bottlenecking. By using
InstancedMesh, all instances of the same geometry and material are sent to the GPU in a single draw call.📊 Measured Improvement:
