- fixed the NotificationService url to correctly call the notification api
- In the actual app, these methods work
- Somehow this used to build fine locally, but wasn't working on the pipeline

Added callback support for notifications. When a post is liked or a comment is added, it will then send a notification message to the notification repository to handle said message.
