Restructure the README to read as a product rather than a dev diary: a one-line value proposition, a scannable feature list, a "who it's for" line, and a tightened quick-start. Move the LAN-only no-auth warning into a GitHub alert so it stays prominent without the emoji heading, and add a ZeroZero Software brand footer (0z0.xyz + org). Honesty fix: the NuGet packages are not published yet (no tagged release, NUGET_API_KEY unset per docs/backlog.md), so `dotnet add package` does not work today. Flag the install block as preview and drop the dead nuget.org package links rather than imply a live feed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Match the README's honesty on the documentation site: the install blocks on the landing page and the user guide now carry a "Preview — not yet on NuGet" note pointing at the releases page, and the landing page closes with a ZeroZero Software brand line, per the studio brand-instructions checklist.
