I am using ray surveyor with my samples. I have a total of 258 E. coli genomes and it has not been able to run in all samples. It just stops working until I manually stop the analysis and doesn't' write an output. I am interested in the matrix format.
After that attempt, I tried running it with a section of the samples, the last 180 samples. Then it stops in a different part:
/actors/2 -> Mother notifies controller 2
As a note, it works if I run it with the last 150 samples, and also works with the first 30 samples, but Ideally, I would like to use all of my samples.
Any clue of how can I interpret this? or if there is a verbose handle that I can add to find out where it stops and why?
